Introduction These Terms and Conditions of Use govern the access or availing of the services provided by Momentum Nagpur (referred to as ‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’, or ‘the Company’) through its platform. The Company's corporate office is located at "Manewada, GS-2, Manewada Rd, Khankhoje Nagar, Ambika Nagar, Ayodhya Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India - 440024. Momentum Nagpur offers courses for the preparation of JEE (Main+Advanced), JEE-Main, NTSE, Olympiads, and Boards, covering classes from VIII to XII & XII Passed students.
Definitions User: Any natural or legal person who browses the Platform or agrees to become a subscriber by providing login credentials while registering on our website.
Platform: Refers collectively to the various sources and/or channels (digital/physical/otherwise) through which the User consumes services.
Subscribed User: Defined in Clause 2.3, refers to a User who has registered and subscribed to services on the Platform.
Acceptance of Terms
1).By clicking ‘I Agree’ or ‘I Accept’, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not continue to access or use the Platform.
2).Users must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and maintain their login credentials.
3).The Company is not responsible for ensuring eligibility criteria or any consequences of misuse by the User.
4).The Company reserves the right to update content and services on the Platform without prior notice.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be updated on this page, and material changes will be communicated to Users.
Scope of Services
1] The Platform is solely owned by the Company and offers a limited, non-exclusive license to Users.
2] Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and login credentials.
3] Compliance with local laws regarding the use of the Platform is required.
Services and Subscriptions
1) Users must become Subscribed Users to access full course content.
2) Service offerings and fees may vary based on the course combination chosen.
3) Users agree that services may be subject to change, including the addition, removal, or modification of offerings.
Payment Terms
1) Payments for services are subject to Company terms and conditions. In case of payment discrepancies, Users will be notified.
2) Third-party payment gateways are used, and the Company is not responsible for any payment failures.
Intellectual Property
1) All materials on the Platform are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use, copying, or modification is prohibited.
2) Users are granted a limited license to access the Platform for personal use only.
Termination
1) The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for illegal activities or breach of Terms of Use.
2) Termination by the User does not entitle them to refunds.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
1) The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. The Company disclaims any liability for errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies.
2) The Company's liability is limited to payments received for services.

User-Generated Content
1) Users must not upload or share content that violates laws or rights of others. The Company reserves the right to remove such content.

Governing Law
1) These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Users accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
1) Technical Issues During Payment:
a) If a technical issue occurs during online fee payment, such as the payment being debited from your account but not reflecting on our system due to external server malfunctions or other similar issues, the following conditions apply:
b) In case of a payment debit without acknowledgment generation due to an internet malfunction, the issue will be addressed as per the policies outlined below.
2) Acknowledgment and Confirmation:
a) The institute is not liable for any discrepancies until the course fee paid by the student or parent is successfully credited to the bank account of the institute.
b) Once the fee is credited to our account, the refund process will adhere to the institute's established norms and policies.
3) Refund Policy Applicability:
a) Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the institute’s refund policy within 7 days from admission date.
b) Details regarding refund eligibility, timelines, and procedures are governed by the specific terms and conditions outlined by the institute.
